About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Remote Outreach Coordinator to join their virtual team, supporting individuals across the region from their base in Edinburgh . This role involves connecting with individuals who may be isolated or in need of support, assessing their needs, and guiding them towards appropriate community resources and services. You will be a key facilitator in bridging the gap between individuals and the help they require, utilizing digital communication channels and remote engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to individuals identified as potentially needing support, primarily via phone and online channels.
• Assess the needs of individuals and provide information on relevant community services and resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of service users and community partners.
• Facilitate referrals to other agencies and support networks, ensuring smooth transitions for individuals.

Requirements
