Remote Parent Carer Advocate — Empowering Families

Parentsactive CIC is seeking a dedicated Parent Carer Advocate to support families of children and young people with disabilities within Hammersmith & Fulham. You will work from home and at community venues, helping parents and carers express their views, navigate services, and access entitlements.

The role prioritises advocacy in community settings, clear and empathetic communication, safeguarding awareness, and collaboration with partners to reduce isolation and improve outcomes for families.
