Remote People Team Coordinator - End-to-End Hiring

Training The Street in the United Kingdom is seeking a People Team Coordinator to act as a front-line partner across consultants, Teaching Associates, and general employees. The role covers contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and coordinating recruiting across regions.

You will work with hiring managers, regional People Team leads, IT, Finance, and Payroll to keep hiring and day-to-day people operations running smoothly and on time. Primarily remote with quarterly travel to central London.
