Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze performance data from training sessions and competitions using specialized software.

• Collaborate with coaching staff to develop targeted training strategies based on data insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Performance Analyst, preferably in athletics or a related sport.
• Proficiency with performance analysis software (e.g., Hudl, Dartfish, Catapult) and statistical tools.
• Strong understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and training principles in athletics.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
