About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Personal Trainer to join their innovative online fitness coaching service. This role is fully remote, enabling you to operate from your preferred location within the UK. You will be instrumental in designing bespoke fitness programmes, providing virtual coaching, and offering expert guidance to clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual fitness assessments and consultations with clients.
• Design and implement personalized training programs, including strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation through regular online check-ins, video calls, and messaging.
• Monitor client progress, track performance metrics, and adjust training plans as necessary.
• Educate clients on proper exercise technique, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage scheduling efficiently.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer qualification (e.g., Level 3 or equivalent) from a recognized provider.
• Demonstrated experience as a personal trainer, with a strong track record of client success.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills for effective virtual interaction.
• Proficiency with online training platforms, apps, and video conferencing tools.
• In-depth knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
