Remote Personal Trainer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a qualified and dynamic Remote Personal Trainer to deliver bespoke online fitness coaching sessions. You will guide clients through personalised workout plans, provide nutritional advice, and offer motivational support to help them achieve their fitness goals from anywhere in the world. This role demands a high level of expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt training methodologies for a virtual environment. You will leverage digital tools to foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional fitness outcomes, contributing to the client's innovative online fitness platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual fitness assessments and develop personalised training programmes tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Deliver engaging and effective one-on-one and small group online training sessions.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients via video calls, messaging, and email.
• Offer evidence-based advice on nutrition, lifestyle, and fitness optimisation.
• Monitor client progress, adjust programmes as necessary, and celebrate achievements.
• Maintain detailed client records and ensure data privacy.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer qualification from a recognised institution (e.g., CIMSPA, NASM, ACE).
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, with a track record of successful client results.
• Proficiency in using virtual training platforms, video conferencing software, and fitness tracking apps.
• Excellent knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and strength and conditioning principles.
• Strong communication, motivational, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote client base effectively.
