Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and manage large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for pharmaceutical research and commercial activities.
• Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to drug development, market performance, and patient outcomes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analysis tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst , preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques applicable to healthcare data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
