About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, aggregate, and analyze complex datasets from various pharmaceutical sources (e.g., clinical trials, manufacturing, sales).

• Identify data quality issues and implement strategies for data cleansing and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and operations, to understand their data needs.

• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst , preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
