About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and meticulous Remote Pharmaceutical Data Manager to oversee the collection, cleaning, and management of clinical trial data. This vital role ensures the integrity and accuracy of data used for regulatory submissions and decision-making in drug development. You will work closely with clinical operations, biostatistics, and programming teams to establish and maintain robust data management systems. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of clinical data standards, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex datasets from a remote location, contributing significantly to the success of pharmaceutical research programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data management plans for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with CDISC standards .
- Oversee the design, build, and validation of clinical databases (e.g., EDC systems).
- Manage data cleaning activities, including query generation and resolution, to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with statisticians and programmers to facilitate data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, such as GCP and data privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical data management .
- Proficiency with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault EDC).
- Strong knowledge of clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC SDTM, ADaM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
