Remote Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager to join their team on a fully remote basis. This critical role will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and quality of our client's pharmaceutical products, working autonomously and collaboratively with global teams to uphold the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) for pharmaceutical operations.
• Conduct internal audits and manage external regulatory inspections to ensure compliance with GMP, GCP, and relevant guidelines.
• Oversee deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and change control processes.
• Provide guidance and training on quality standards and regulatory requirements to relevant personnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, MHRA) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QMS, conducting audits, and managing inspections.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
