Remote Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager to join their globally distributed team, operating in a fully remote capacity. This critical role ensures that all pharmaceutical products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy, adhering strictly to regulatory guidelines. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust quality management systems, conducting internal audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all stages of the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant global regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Oversee and conduct internal audits and support external regulatory inspections.
• Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and customer complaints.
• Provide quality oversight for manufacturing, testing, and product release processes.
• Train and mentor QA team members and other personnel on quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, and other relevant pharmaceutical quality regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing quality systems and leading audit processes.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
