About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join their fully remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for navigating the complex regulatory landscape to ensure compliance for pharmaceutical products across various global markets. You will play a vital role in the submission and approval processes, working closely with internal teams and external regulatory bodies. This position is perfect for a professional who thrives on staying ahead of regulatory changes and ensuring successful product launches and market access from the comfort of their own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation for drug applications (e.g., NDAs, MAAs, variations) to health authorities worldwide.
- Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory guidelines and advise the company on compliance strategies.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, such as the MHRA, FDA, and EMA, to facilitate the approval process and respond to queries.
- Ensure that product labeling, promotional materials, and advertising comply with relevant regulations.
- Manage post-approval regulatory activities, including annual reports and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams to provide regulatory guidance and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs .
- Strong understanding of global regulatory submission processes and requirements (e.g., ICH, FDA, EMA, MHRA).
- Experience with dossier preparation and submission software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulatory information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a remote setting.
