Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote expert advice on the implementation and use of precision agriculture technologies, including variable rate application, GPS guidance, and remote sensing.
• Analyze farm data (soil, crop, yield, weather) to develop tailored recommendations for optimized inputs and management practices.
• Support farmers in selecting, configuring, and utilizing farm management software and data platforms.
• Conduct virtual assessments of farm operations to identify areas for improvement through precision techniques.
• Develop training materials and deliver remote workshops on precision agriculture concepts and tools.
• Stay informed about new technologies and research in the precision agriculture field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in precision agriculture , crop management, or agricultural technology.
• Strong knowledge of GIS, GPS, remote sensing, and farm management information systems (FMIS).
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation related to crop production and farm inputs.
• Excellent remote communication, presentation, and client-advisory skills.
• Familiarity with drone technology and its agricultural applications is a plus.
