Remote Probate Solicitor/Paralegal Fee Earner

FQPS seeks a Solicitor/Paralegal Fee Earner (Probate) to accurately record time in accounting software, keep clients informed, and manage correspondence and case management system updates. You will handle post-completion matters, probate research, and invoice processing from a remote location.

With a minimum of 2 years probate experience and strong IT and English language skills, you will support the probate department while maintaining data protection and audit-ready documentation.
