Key Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and improve industrial processes and systems for optimal performance.

• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering or industrial engineering, with a focus on optimization.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical software, and process mapping tools.
• Strong remote communication and collaboration skills are essential.
