Remote Process Improvement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments of business processes across various departments, identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Design and propose innovative solutions using lean methodologies and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate virtually with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and ensure buy-in for proposed changes.
• Implement and monitor process improvements, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Facilitate remote workshops and training sessions on process improvement techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process improvement , operations analysis, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing or lean services principles and tools (e.g., value stream mapping, 5S).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with distributed teams.
• Experience with process mapping software and project management tools.
