Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies for process improvement using statistical modeling and simulation.
- Design and document optimized workflows, procedures, and best practices for remote application.
- Collaborate virtually with operations teams worldwide to support the implementation and adoption of process changes.
- Lead remote continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Measure and report on the impact of implemented optimizations on key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
- 6+ years of experience in industrial engineering, process optimization, or a similar analytical role.
- Expertise in statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS), simulation tools, and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive change in a remote environment.
- Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver results under minimal supervision.
