You will work independently, utilizing advanced analytical tools and collaborating virtually with plant operations and engineering teams to identify and execute optimization strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize process parameters for yield, throughput, and quality.
- Utilize statistical analysis and modeling techniques to evaluate process performance.
- Collaborate with site-based engineers and operators to implement changes and monitor results.
- Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
- Stay current with best practices and technologies in process optimization and control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering or optimization roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Experience with process simulation and modeling is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote work.
