Key Responsibilities

• Analyze process data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for optimization.

• Collaborate virtually with site engineers and operational teams to implement and validate optimization initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in process optimization and control.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering with a strong focus on optimization.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and process modeling.
• Experience with optimization software and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective virtual teamwork.
