Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to support business objectives and cost-saving targets.
• Lead negotiations with key global suppliers to secure favourable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
• Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, category management, and risk assessment.
• Manage and mentor a remote procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand their needs and deliver effective procurement solutions.
• Monitor market trends and geopolitical factors impacting supply chains, proactively mitigating risks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a Procurement Manager or senior strategic sourcing role, with a proven track record of delivering cost savings.
• Expertise in complex contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and category management.
• Strong understanding of international procurement practices and global supply chains.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Proficiency in advanced procurement analytics and relevant software suites.
• MCIPS or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
