About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote Procurement Manager to lead their procurement function, operating entirely from a remote capacity. This is a leadership role responsible for developing and implementing company-wide procurement strategies, managing a team of procurement professionals, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to align with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of procurement specialists and buyers.
• Oversee all aspects of the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior procurement or purchasing management role, with a strong emphasis on strategic leadership.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing remote teams effectively.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and procurement systems.
