Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to meet organizational objectives and cost targets.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and supplier due diligence to ensure competitive sourcing and risk management.
• Negotiate complex, high-value contracts and framework agreements with key suppliers globally.
• Implement and optimize procurement processes, policies, and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Manage budgets, track spend, and report on key procurement metrics to senior management.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in procurement management, including strategic sourcing and category management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of contract law and risk assessment.
• Experience with e-procurement tools and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adapted for a remote work environment.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., MCIPS) is highly advantageous.
