Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and obtain quotes for goods and services required by the organization.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement policies.
• Negotiate favourable terms and prices with suppliers.
• Monitor order fulfillment and delivery schedules, resolving any discrepancies or delays.
• Maintain a database of suppliers and track procurement expenses.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a procurement , purchasing, or buying role.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with procurement software.
