Remote Product Support Specialist — Frontline Tech

Beam is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Product Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for users of Beam Notes. You will provide fast, empathetic support via multiple channels, create helpful docs, and triage issues to product, engineering, and customer success teams.
