Remote Production Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and analytical Remote Production Analyst to support their manufacturing operations, working from Plymouth . In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on production data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. You will work closely with plant managers and operational teams to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and process optimization, all within a flexible remote work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze production data from various sources to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and generate regular reports on production efficiency, output, quality, and costs.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in production data, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to gather data and understand production challenges.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy within production databases and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or Data Science.
• Proven experience as a Production Analyst, Data Analyst , or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely in a remote setting .
