Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and management of production schedules, ensuring alignment with demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with different departments (e.g., procurement, assembly, shipping) to ensure seamless workflow.
• Track production progress, identify potential delays, and proactively communicate solutions.
• Maintain accurate production records and update systems with real-time information.
• Prepare reports on production status, performance metrics, and inventory levels.
• Facilitate communication between remote teams and on-site personnel to resolve queries efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production coordination , administration, or a similar support role within manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office Suite and ideally ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus for this role supporting operations in Norwich .
