About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Production Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to our manufacturing operations from anywhere. You will play a crucial role in coordinating production schedules, managing resources, and ensuring seamless communication between various departments, suppliers, and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing orders.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of raw materials and components to support production needs.
• Liaise with internal teams (engineering, quality, logistics) and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production progress, identify potential delays, and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain accurate production records, inventory levels, and reporting systems using digital tools.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Coordinator , Production Planner, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in production scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks in a remote setting .
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
