Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic production plans to achieve company objectives for output, quality, and cost.
• Oversee and manage the performance of all production sites through remote monitoring and virtual team leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations across all facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and capital expenditure planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of production managers and supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in production management and operations leadership, with a significant portion in senior roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple manufacturing sites and driving operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing , Six Sigma, and quality management systems.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, suited for a remote environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced data analysis tools for performance monitoring.
