Remote Project Manager - Agile Transformations

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption and maturity of Agile principles and practices across project teams and the wider organisation.
• Develop and implement strategies for Agile transformation, working closely with leadership and team members.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for various project teams.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to project managers, scrum masters, and team members on Agile best practices.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Communicate key insights and progress to stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment throughout the transformation process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, with a strong focus on leading Agile transformations .
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in change management and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage distributed teams effectively.
