Remote Project Manager - Construction

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Remote Project Manager with expertise in the construction sector to lead projects from a remote vantage point. This role is vital for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they adhere to strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will coordinate with on-site teams, contractors, and stakeholders, utilizing advanced communication and project management tools to maintain seamless operations and project progress. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction processes and a proven ability to manage complex projects remotely, driving efficiency and success across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of construction projects, from initial planning and design to final handover, all conducted remotely.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, coordinating with site managers and external vendors.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and on-site teams.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Utilize project management software and digital tools to track progress, manage documentation, and provide real-time updates to all parties.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management , with a significant focus on the construction industry .
• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects remotely using digital tools and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud) and standard office productivity tools.
