Remote Project Manager - SaaS Implementation

About the Role

You will manage project lifecycles, coordinate with technical teams and clients, and ensure successful adoption and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication effectively.
• Coordinate internal technical teams (developers, QA, support) to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues, implementing timely solutions.
• Ensure successful user adoption and client satisfaction post-implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, specifically with SaaS implementations or software deployments.
• Proven ability to manage projects in a fully remote setting.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
