Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle for technology startups, from concept validation through to product launch and initial scaling.
• Develop agile project plans, user stories, and roadmaps, adapting quickly to evolving priorities and market feedback.
• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among remote engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks inherent in startup environments, ensuring project momentum and adaptability.
• Track project progress using agile methodologies and tools, providing clear and concise updates to founders and key stakeholders.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centric products within ambitious timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , particularly within the tech startup ecosystem or in fast-paced product development environments.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent remote communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Proficiency with modern collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Slack, Miro).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience in tech project delivery.
