Remote Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Remote Project Manager to join their distributed team. This position, fully based in a remote setting, will focus on leading and delivering key projects for the organization. You will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and resource allocation to execution and successful closure, all while working from your own location. This role is perfect for an individual who excels in independent work, possesses strong communication skills, and is adept at utilizing digital collaboration tools to ensure project success across geographically dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, deliverables, resource needs, and schedules.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among remote team members and stakeholders using digital platforms.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Drive project closure activities, including documentation and lessons learned analysis.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in project management , with a significant portion in remote roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects remotely.
• High proficiency with remote collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Asana, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and self-discipline skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adaptable to virtual interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
