About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and independent Remote Project Manager to lead diverse projects from anywhere, supporting their operations which have a significant presence in Oxford . This role is designed for a self-starter who excels in managing projects in a distributed team environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful outcomes regardless of geographical location. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, maintaining clear communication channels, and fostering a productive, remote-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects for a distributed workforce.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress using virtual tools.
• Coordinate activities and facilitate communication among team members across different locations.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective remote solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and high-quality outputs.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement through regular virtual updates and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on managing remote teams .
