About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Remote Project Manager to join their fully distributed team. This role is crucial for leading and coordinating various projects from inception through to successful completion, ensuring seamless collaboration across geographically dispersed teams. You will be responsible for defining project scope, managing timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, required resources, budget, and scheduling.
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on project status to all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among remote team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a Project Management role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interaction.
- Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Zoom).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
