About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Project Manager to join their globally distributed team, supporting projects for their operations in Cardiff . This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring clear communication, efficient execution, and adherence to timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure, entirely remotely.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budget management strategies.
• Facilitate virtual team meetings, ensuring clear communication channels and fostering strong collaboration among remote team members.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, implementing proactive solutions to ensure project success.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders through various digital channels.
• Utilize and optimize collaboration tools and platforms to ensure seamless project execution in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Excellent understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Exceptional virtual communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, essential for managing remote teams.
• Proficiency with remote project management and collaboration software (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
