About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Property Manager to oversee student accommodation properties. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and efficient management of all property-related matters, all conducted from a remote setting. You will be responsible for tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, proactive in problem-solving, and experienced in property management, particularly within the student housing sector, contributing to a positive living experience for students across various UK locations and supporting the company's portfolio management from a flexible home-based work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of tenant relations, including onboarding, issue resolution, and lease administration.
• Oversee rent collection processes and manage arrears effectively.
• Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and landlord obligations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners remotely.
• Utilize property management software to maintain accurate records and track performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Property Management , ideally with student accommodation.
• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and property maintenance best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills .
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
• Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities effectively in a remote work environment .
• Organized, proactive, and capable of problem-solving independently.
