About the Role
Our client is looking for a seasoned and organized Remote Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse range of properties from a distance, serving clients across Northern Ireland and beyond. This role involves managing all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, financial oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will be essential in maintaining property value and maximizing returns for property owners, all while working remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional seeking a flexible, home-based role within the dynamic Northern Ireland property market .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties remotely.
- Oversee tenant relations, including sourcing new tenants, managing leases, and addressing inquiries.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and improvements, engaging with service providers as needed.
- Manage property budgets, including rent collection, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure all properties comply with relevant health, safety, and UK property regulations .
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to property owners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management , portfolio management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Northern Ireland property law and landlord-tenant regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
