You will be the first point of contact for many potential deals, requiring excellent communication and analytical abilities. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential investment properties using various online tools and databases.
• Analyse market data, including property values, rental yields, and area growth potential.
• Engage with estate agents, sellers, and other sources to gather property information and negotiate initial terms.
• Prepare detailed sourcing reports for investors, outlining property specifics, potential ROI, and risks.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential deals and track their progress through the sourcing process.
• Build and maintain relationships with a network of property professionals across the UK.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property sourcing, investment, or a related real estate role.
• Strong understanding of the UK property market and investment principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
