Remote Quality Assurance Analyst

About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous Remote Quality Assurance Analyst to join their dynamic team, supporting manufacturing processes from anywhere in the UK. In this fully remote position, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and consistency of manufactured goods by developing and executing rigorous testing protocols. You will work closely with design, engineering, and production teams to identify defects and ensure products meet stringent specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for manufactured components and finished products.
• Conduct detailed inspections and quality control checks throughout the production lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and track product defects, working with engineering teams to resolve them.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on product quality and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance .
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams via virtual communication tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency with QA testing tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
