Remote Quality Assurance Specialist - Manufacturing

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Quality Assurance Specialist to join their manufacturing team. In this fully remote position, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all manufactured products, regardless of physical location. You will develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes, analyze data to identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular audits of production documentation and data to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze quality data, identify root causes of defects, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain and update quality management system documentation and records.
• Train remote and on-site teams on quality control procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance professional in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for remote collaboration.
