Key Responsibilities

• Perform remote visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured components and finished products.
• Verify that products conform to technical drawings , specifications, and quality standards.
• Accurately document inspection results, noting any non-conformances or defects.
• Collaborate with on-site teams and suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and assist in preparing quality assurance reports .
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Quality Control Inspector or similar role within a manufacturing context.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent observational skills and understanding of quality control principles.
• Proficiency in using basic measuring tools and understanding tolerances.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and communicate effectively in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with quality management systems is a plus for this role in Plymouth .
