Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large datasets using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate closely with traders and portfolio managers to understand their needs and provide quantitative solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, C++, or R.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's quantitative infrastructure and methodologies.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Financial Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Quantitative Analyst or in a similar quant role within the financial services industry .
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or R, and experience with relevant libraries.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, derivatives pricing, and risk management principles.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, time series analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
