About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to drive investment growth across the UK market. Operating entirely remotely, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and acquiring profitable real estate opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends and financial viability, playing a crucial part in expanding our client's property portfolio from anywhere in the country. You will work closely with senior management and external partners, leveraging digital tools and communication platforms to achieve acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities, including residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including ROI calculations, cash flow projections, and market risk assessments.
• Prepare detailed acquisition proposals and present findings to the investment committee.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and manage the due diligence process for acquired properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, agents, brokers, and other stakeholders nationwide.
• Stay abreast of market dynamics, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions , investment, or corporate real estate.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to perform financial modeling and valuation.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing real estate deals.
• Excellent understanding of the UK property market and investment principles.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting .
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
