Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sophisticated predictive models and machine learning algorithms to analyze real estate market data.
• Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to prepare them for analysis.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of data-driven strategies.
• Visualize and communicate complex data insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the product and investment teams to identify key data-driven opportunities and solutions for property investments .

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record in applying data science techniques to business problems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting, ideally with experience in the real estate domain.
