Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis , finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
