About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and astute Remote Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, evaluating, and recommending potential real estate investments, focusing on identifying opportunities that align with the company's investment strategy. You will leverage data-driven insights to assess market conditions, financial viability, and risk profiles of various property types and geographic locations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging real estate investment trends and opportunities.
• Perform financial modelling and feasibility studies for potential property acquisitions and developments.
• Evaluate the risk and return profiles of investment opportunities, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide ongoing analysis and asset management support.
• Collaborate with remote colleagues, external partners, and property managers to gather information and execute strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive investment proposals and presentations for senior management and investment committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or asset management.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, property valuation methods, and investment principles.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software, Excel, and presentation tools.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
