This position involves conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities across the UK. Working entirely remotely, you will contribute essential data and insights to support strategic investment decisions and portfolio management. This is an exciting opportunity for a quantitative thinker to excel in a challenging, fast-paced environment without the need for geographical relocation, focusing purely on the asset class in the North East property market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze potential real estate investment opportunities, including market trends, financial viability, and risk assessment.
Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analysis.
Prepare comprehensive investment memorandums and reports for senior management.
Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, counterparties, and legal documentation.
Monitor existing portfolio performance and identify opportunities for value enhancement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and data analysis tools .
Strong understanding of real estate finance principles and investment strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for remote collaboration .
