Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, IRR calculations, and sensitivity analyses for potential acquisitions.
• Perform thorough due diligence on target properties, including legal, financial, and operational reviews.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee, clearly articulating risks and returns.
• Monitor existing portfolio performance and provide recommendations for asset management strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis , finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and presentation software.
• Excellent understanding of real estate markets and investment principles.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment .
