About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and analytical Remote Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their forward-thinking team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the UK. You will be responsible for researching, analysing, and identifying lucrative real estate investment opportunities across various markets. This role requires a sharp financial mind, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team to drive successful investment strategies for properties nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to assess property profitability, ROI, and risk exposure.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Monitor existing investments, track market performance, and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Liaise with brokers, agents, and legal counsel to facilitate property acquisitions and due diligence processes.
• Stay current with UK property market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes impacting real estate investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in real estate finance , investment analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and real estate databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting findings.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote work environment .
